With that foundation, they deployed Sales Cloud to professionalize the pipeline: leads were classified with automatic scoring (after a configuration process), more efficient flows were defined (lead \u2192 opportunity \u2192 closing), and the sales teams stopped chasing gut feelings and focused instead on real signals. Forecasting became more accurate, and sales priorities became actionable.<\/p>

At the same time, with Service Cloud they managed to centralize support through omnichannel cases, SLAs, and a knowledge base that not only resolved customer issues but also fed Data Cloud. Every incident became a source of learning. For example, products generating many inquiries alerted the entire business, and everyone had visibility into what was happening with each product.<\/p>

The marketing department leveraged this data with Marketing Cloud: real segments were transformed into personalized journeys, A\/B tests, and multichannel activations that increased engagement and ROI.<\/p>

To ensure all this didn\u2019t end up buried in spreadsheets, Tableau delivered role-based dashboards with clear KPIs and real-time accessibility, making all information digestible and organized.<\/p>

Finally, they integrated Slack so that team alerts and decisions could flow and everyone could stay informed: automatic notifications for VIP customers, team channels to review dashboards, and the ability to turn insights into immediate tasks.<\/p>

All of this was implemented in phases (hyperlink to a page about our golden badge implementation method), prioritizing quick wins, training teams, and establishing data governance. In just a few months, assumptions gave way to measurable decisions: higher conversion, lower churn.<\/p>
