The marketing department leveraged this data with Marketing Cloud: real segments were transformed into personalized journeys, A/B tests, and multichannel activations that increased engagement and ROI.

To ensure all this didn’t end up buried in spreadsheets, Tableau delivered role-based dashboards with clear KPIs and real-time accessibility, making all information digestible and organized.

Finally, they integrated Slack so that team alerts and decisions could flow and everyone could stay informed: automatic notifications for VIP customers, team channels to review dashboards, and the ability to turn insights into immediate tasks.

All of this was implemented in phases (hyperlink to a page about our golden badge implementation method), prioritizing quick wins, training teams, and establishing data governance. In just a few months, assumptions gave way to measurable decisions: higher conversion, lower churn.
