Initial Assessment

The Initial Assessment is an exploratory phase aimed at understanding the client’s current situation, key processes, main pain points, and the objectives they expect to address through digital transformation or new technology implementations. This process may take place over one or several sessions and combines interviews, functional analysis, and operational review to obtain a clear and realistic view of the organization.
The goal is to gather enough information to define an initial scope, identify risks and limitations, and prepare a solution proposal aligned with the client’s expectations and priorities. It is an essential step to reduce uncertainty, establish a shared understanding, and ensure a strong foundation for any technological initiative.

Deep understanding of the current state
The Initial Diagnosis allows us to capture in an orderly manner how the organization operates today: what works, what does not work, and where there are opportunities for improvement. Key processes, dependencies, systems used, roles involved, and operational obstacles that affect performance or user experience are analyzed.
Identification of pain points, needs, and priorities
The process reveals the most relevant pain points, high-level functional needs, and expectations of the teams involved. This allows internal visions to be aligned and defines what needs to be resolved first in order to generate value quickly.
Analysis of existing systems, data, and tools
Related applications, current integrations, accesses, data sources, and the quality of available information are reviewed. This allows us to identify technical limitations, opportunities for optimization, and critical elements for future implementations.
